I'm eating a balanced meal at lunch. i've also been getting up at 5 am and doing the cardio/weights routine. you aren't alone! can't wait to get some of this enfusia tea ya'll have been raving about! good luck with everything! That an ordinary person can start a ministry that reaches millions for Christ. I think there is a strong link between college and coffee. Maybe one day I’ll open up a coffee shop. I wonder if you could do a coffee/wine/beer type place. Desserts and cafe type food. Wonder if that would work. I shall start exploring and researching all coffee shops to create the perfect combination. Big fluffy couches, great java, yummy desserts…
